Homecoming Reminders
Dear Parents/Guardians,
We are excited to celebrate Homecoming week with our students and community! As we enjoy these traditions together, we want to share a few important reminders.
Homecoming is a school-sanctioned event, which includes the parade, the football game, and all activities officially sponsored by the school. For everyone’s safety, please remember that drugs, alcohol, and vulgar music are strictly prohibited.
We also know that “rolling” houses has become a popular tradition among students outside of school. Please help us remind students to keep it lighthearted and respectful. Damaging property or cars—or using food items that can cause harm—can result in serious consequences. Let’s encourage our students to keep the fun, safe, and positive.
📅 Homecoming Events
Tuesday, 9/17 – Homecoming Parade, 5:00 p.m. (Begins at Singing River Academy and ends at Gautier High School)
Friday, 9/19 – Student Tailgate, 5:00 p.m.; Gator Walk (band/cheer/dance team/color guard), 6:05 p.m.; Homecoming Court, 6:25 p.m.; Football Game kickoff, 7:00 p.m.
We encourage everyone to wear blue and gold and come out to support our Gators! Thank you for partnering with us to make Homecoming a safe, spirited, and memorable celebration for all.
